Anthony Waked: World Health Summit Delegate representing CGHI.

Anthony Waked is a biomedical scientist, PhD candidate and a youth advocate working in Belgium on manufacturing cellular therapies for blood cancer patients. Drawing on his PhD research in radiation and cancer, he also serves as a Youth Ambassador with The ONE Campaign, engaging EU policymakers on health equity and financing. His global health journey began at 19 with the Lebanese Red Cross and continues through Mariam Foundation, a youth-led NGO improving access to essential medicines in Lebanon. Anthony is passionate about trust in science, equitable access to therapies, and empowering youth voices in health.
